Arrange dashboard widgets
Six sizes on a six-column grid. Enter edit mode to move, resize, add and remove; the layout is yours, not the Org's.
Before you start
The dashboard is a grid six columns wide. A widget occupies a size, and there are six of them:

Every widget offers every size. What changes is how much it says: a list at Micro is a count, and the same list at Large is the rows themselves.
Steps
- Choose Edit, top right.
- Drag a widget to move it. Everything below reflows around where it lands.
- Use the size control on the widget to change its shape.
- Choose Add widget for anything not on the dashboard yet, and the × on a widget to take it off.
- Choose Done, or press Esc.
- Choose Edit in the toolbar — the grid icon.
- Drag to move, and use the widget’s own size control to reshape it.
- Add widget opens the gallery. Reset restores the default layout, and it is undoable.
- Press Esc, or choose Done.
- Tap Arrange widgets in the toolbar — the grid icon.
- Drag to move, resize from the widget, and add from the gallery.
- Tap Done.
- Touch and hold any widget and choose Arrange widgets.
- Drag to reorder. Remove widget is in the same menu.
- Tap Done.
Good to know
A narrow window says Widen to edit instead of letting you drag. The layout is stored at six columns; rearranging it while only four are drawn would throw away the arrangement you actually built, so Pippin says so rather than quietly refusing the drag.
On the phone, sizes wider than Small are offered only when the grid is wide enough to hold them — in landscape, or on a Max. A size that cannot fit is not hidden so much as not offered, and a layout built on a wider screen still opens correctly here.
The layout belongs to you, not to the Org. Rearranging yours changes nobody else’s.
